Buddy Week at Mushin Self Defense!
Jason Bringhurst of BLEEDOUT is sponsoring “BUDDY WEEK” at Mushin Self Defense, March 3rd to March 6th. Anyone that signs up during Buddy Week will receive a Bleedout T-shirt. Bring your friends for a full week of free training. Classes will be geared towards making this an awesome experience for your friends and family that have expressed an interest in training at Mushin Self Defense.
On top of that we’re capping off the week with a team trip to the Ultimate Combat Experience at Club Elevate! Team Bernales is representing with Paul Sizemore, Paul Roberts and potentially Aaron Okura. Anyone who comes in to Buddy Week qualifies for discounted $10.00 tickets.

This is going to be one of the funnest weeks of training so far! Lots of fun drills and good vibrations. Lots of jokes and some stellar fights. Paul Roberts vs. Tommy “The Gun” Wagner is going to be an absolute fireworks show. It will be awesome, very similar to the Kofi vs. Jones match up except in MMA. So get those phone calls made and let’s get this party started right!
Buddy week is going to rock! I just heard that Paul Roberts is no longer fighting Tommy Gun. Kru Bernales has the name of his new guy. It sounded really familiar to me but I can’t place it. Lets ask him tonight at Bernales!

Great website!!! I am sooo stoked that you got this up and running. Can’t wait to see you in class this week. Brian, I will be joining you for some of your classes too. Knowing Tayborn is back on the fight scene gave me something to look forward to. Thank you both for the years and years of great training and friendship.

Paul Roberts is now facing Chase Pearson, Rusty Pearson’s cousin or something like that. Rusty will be fighting Paul Sizemore and Aaron Okura also got a fight against the guy who beat Eddie Zimmer last week.
Make sure you bring your friends to class so you can get in on the discounted tickets. Mushin/Bernales Team is going to pack that house like a MuthaFo!

I’ve been wanting to see Paul Roberts unleashed for a long time now. Also, Paul Sizemore is so good, I’m excited for team Bernales/Mushin Tonight.
