Johnny “THE MECHANIC” Miller It’s not just a clever fight name. Johnny really is a mechanic. The best and most honest mechanic I have ever met. He is also a fighter with a professional record of 2-0. When this guy isn’t running his shop LAKE CITY AUTO you can find him at THE BERNALES INSTITUTE or MUSHIN SELF DEFENSE. Just look for the little 135 pounder that is beating the crap out of all the guys twice his size. Johnny is coming of a big win in the THROWDOWN ELITE fight show by finishing his opponent with a Triangle Choke in the first round.

I recently spent a day working in his shop and now I know one of the reasons he is so damn strong. Lifting, pulling twisting and turning bolts all day has given Johnny super human grip strength which makes grappling him a real challenge.
